Looks okay to me , I mean you could do To4W or BOT for some drops or just wait. BTW , good attempt by your guild. For my FL (i managed to pug till beth b4 nerf and after nerf , managed to do all except rag).

17k ish dps is okay with that gear. got prepot? =)

Your 16k/17k-ish is in troll garden or in t11 raid, overall damage or single boss fight ?? Different raid composition will yield different result. But as a general reference, ilvl 370 fury should do somewhere around 20k ~ 23k in 10man FL raid. Check other top fury warr rotation to see how you can improve yourself.

At the moment, range DPS > melee in FL raid, melee cant compete at all, gotta wait until 4.3 where GC promised to provide more PvE buff to melee. FYI, mages huntard who pull 20k in raid can throw already haha... go overtake them !!

Fury is the best melee dps, followed by combat rogue and frost dk.

Here's an idea on how much dps is capable to pull on a Patchwerk style of fight. (I can think of Baleroc, and maybe to a certain extent Staghelm)

I finally got a chance to look at your armory. First improvement that you can do to your DPS, learn to gem correctly.

1. Never gem hit.
2. If the socket bonus is <20 strength gain, ignore the gem bonus. Gem it with a +40 str inferno ruby is way better.
2nd improvement, drop mining and get JC. JC bonus 67str*3 definitely going to help, be it you going to tank (3*67 mastery gem) in the future or going DPS.

Change the way you gem and see it helps.
