haha... the light novel volume 1 is pretty good actually! the following volumes are not that interesting though...

guess they wanna keep the climax to next episode... LN does not follow the chronicle of event, ie: after the SAO finished only the author writes the side story, so by that time the reader already knows his ultimate skill :-P
