If got pure US fund I will buy that vs whatever nonsense Malaysia/china focus fund. Too bad no fund house doesn't want to come out with good prs or prevented from doing so by BNM. My insurance agent said they are not making lots of money via PRS that's why PRS have lots of lousy funds.

Not really. Public Mutual PRS Islamic strategy fund have a good mix of US/China-ASIAN fund

In FundSuperMart, the following Principal PRS funds are offered.

- Principal PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2030 - Class C
- Principal PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2040 - Class C
- Principal PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2050 - Class C
- Principal PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2060 - Class C
- Principal PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy Income - Class C
- Principal Islamic PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2030 - Class C
- Principal Islamic PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2040 - Class C
- Principal Islamic PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2050 - Class C
- Principal Islamic PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2060 - Class C
- Principal Islamic PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy Income - Class C
My objective is to obtain the highest return, regardless of whether the fund is conventional or Islamic.
As such, the PRS fund that I should choose is Principal PRS Plus Principal RetireEasy 2050 - Class C, because this fund has the highest holding of Principal Global Titans Fund MYR, right?
Thank you for your information. smile.gif

Good day everyone.

I am looking to buy PRS for tax relief purpose. Initially i asked my AIA agent about their PRS and get to know that they will charge 3% for total deposit each time.

Is there any way to avoid it? I saw members shared about PPA which i dont really know what is that, how it works and is it still enough time to enroll online for this year tax relief?

AIA and Public Mutual have 3% service charge because you can request agent to meet you (F2F or online) to explain and guide you. Of cause you need to get an experienced one

If you want to save the charges, then FSM is the way to go. DIY.

Public Mutual have complimentary PA life insurance 1:1 coverage up to 50K MYR
