I heard those with 0% sc will charge higher management fee. So at the end, no difference...

if the purpose is tax relief... do note that it is temporary and ends 2021... 10 years from YA2012.

RM 800 000 000 DIVIDED by 140 000 = RM 5700 per contributor = most invested to pay LESS taxes?? 

Only dump money using EPF money if the below condition are met(cannot missed out 1) :
1. dividend yield every year must be 2.5X from what EPF declares
2. price taken out to dump in shall be same as price return back to EPF or higher

Public Mutual PRS Equity Fund (PRS-EQF) and Public Mutual PRS Strategic Equity Fund (PRS-SEQF).

PRS-EQF and PRS-SEQF seek long-term capital growth by investing in equities and collective investment schemes comprising of a diversified portfolio of blue chip stocks, index stocks and growth stocks.

Both funds will invest between 75% and 98% of their net asset value (NAV) in equities and hence offer the potential for higher returns over the long term.

“For increased diversification, PRS-EQF and PRS-SEQF can invest up to 30% and 98% of their NAV respectively in selected foreign markets which include Asia, the US and Europe markets,” it said.

Just some trivia:

I have just checked out Affin-Hwang PRS Growth Fund Interim Annual Report dated 1/1/2015 and there are 7 people holding 500,001 units and above.

These 7 pax are holding a total of 6,840,000 units. Based on 26/11/2015 NAV, this translate to RM 3,881,700; or equivalent to an average holding per pax of RM 554.5K.

Who in the FCUK wanna lock half a Million into PRS?
