ok maaa

Cash bonuses on top of everything
Great Premier Wealth delivers what it promises and more. The plan may also help boost your savings further with yearly non-guaranteed cash bonuses. Use this additional cash, if any, as you wish – spend it on your loved ones, or accumulate it with the Company to generate a bigger payout at the maturity of the plan.

if u buy PRS, if u die no payout..

if u buy GE, if u die got payout..

You sure? Come on, don't simply mislead.

What happens when a member dies?
•  When  a  member  dies, their savings will  be  paid to the  executor,
administrator or named beneficiary (as the case may be). The Scheme
Trustees will be required to release all or part of the balance where
required pursuant to a grant of probate or letters of administration.

You have to know how to differentiate Insurance and Retirement Scheme.
So, what you get from EPF after you die?
The same goes to PRS, I hope you don't create confusion to others.

Got my Public Mutual's PRS annual statement today. Started this PRS 3 years ago.

How is the return?

Well, only 6.6% increase over the 3 years! Worse than FD! Guess I picked the wrong PRS. Ha.

Anyone with consistently better PRS?

CIMB-Principal.

You can always refer to this site to monitor each PRS fund performance: http://gllt.morningstar.com/e6qvxuu98r/fun...anguageId=en-GB

3. Potential higher return than EPF <-- This is fake. I'm still losing $$ in the PRS as I invest with Public Mutual.
*
Well, that depends you invested in which fund. Not too late, you still can switch fund.

You can view the high performing fund here: http://gllt.morningstar.com/e6qvxuu98r/fun...anguageId=en-GB

Just my opinion...
These PRS doesnt have to be the ones listed in the website right?

I find may insurance companies have those savings/investment tools that would be a great method for PRS too
*
Must from these providers: http://www.ppa.my/providers/providers-schemes/
Personally, I will stay away from those insurance + saving + investment gimmicks.

Yeah, those are like the official PRS providers right?
I actually prefer those in insurance companies like their savings/endowment plans.
Well, they can be treated as my PRS also because the objective is same ma  thumbup.gif
*
Well, you can't tax relief if is not from the official providers.
Most people I know invest in PRS with tax relief as their objective.
Not to forget the youth incentives as well.
