Normally after signed LO, Loan Agent and SA will disappeared liao, very common de coz they already got their commission ma. S&P and the rest of stuffs are no longer their concern anymore. You got to keep yourself updated with the progress and deal with S&P lawyer by yourself upon receiving call from the panel lawyer. Some good SA will still give a prompt update/reminder to their clients.

No problem...i quite concern on this cause this is my first time May be i cant wait then saturday i go check redi hahaha

By the way, got another news too,Plenitude who build Taman Putra Prima 8A and 8B will build a low cost apt on the road from putra prima towards taman mas sepang.

I having a attitude of book the unit and cancel later on. Lol
