I don't know why your Micron have table for 781mhz, is it really 1333mhz ram?
Saw u have AD700 in ur siggy, did u try it with DV6? Does it suffer from "explosive bassy behavior" too?

The table only show what timing the ram will run @ that frequency i think.

SPD is just the available speed,
check the "memory" tab, that is what your RAM running at. |

No, the SPD profile is for the BIOS to check the RAM, so the BIOS can decide which speed to run.
Switch to Intel HD if no gaming. |

They will run at the same speed, the highest speed available at both RAM and supported.
Right click at desktop, configure switchable graphic, click the power saving GPU. |
