Did you installed any leaked driver v8.930 before? Regarding CCC.. try go into ..\Packages\Apps\CCC2\Core-Static\, right click ccc-core-static.msi and select Repair or select Install if got error pop out saying u don't have it install in your system.

Some installer stop responding error? I get that too after updating C++ thru windows update.. so nowadays if i can't open CCC i need to use that method to get it back to work.

Btw, what is this mess you get after using Driver Sweeper?

Yes, it will remove all files created by AMD driver. You did tick AMD - Display only right when u use it? Not all.

Actually i don't understand what u mean by this "I get like just a laptop that was reformatted"

^ isn't that the point of using driver sweeper. to make the system fresh from any graphic driver so you can install it back without having any remnants from the last set of drivers.. install display driver from HP and you're good to go.

you can check what driver you're on right now from device manager/dxdiag/cpu-z/gpucapsviewer.

^ reinstall HP driver should fix it imo.

+1 better safe than sorry and DV6 in NZ have a lot of variants.

My Aero never lag on both GPU.

I wouldn't recommend to get 6000 series because there is no 6000 series in NZ. U probably have trouble with warranty. Your best bet is 6100 series. 6C19TX for RM 3,099? Any sauce for that info?

1080 on 15" surely make the font look tiny.

Normal for beta/preview driver to have everything included. (desktop/mobile/64bit/32bit) Only WHQL driver got divided into proper category.

I've used it since yesterday. I think Nov18 still a little bit better but this one comes in full package. (CIM/AVIVO/DECODER/OPENCL/CCC/PROFILE)
