Yea, but to uninstall it you need to use Windows Installer Cleanup Utility

When u do Express Uninstall, don't reboot yet. Opem Cleanup Utility and uninstall any Catalyst left over there. After that reboot and follow the normal procedure.



Try do a power cycle, remove battery and unplug from power source for a minute. If problem still persist, u need to send to HP SC.

In term of single player storyline, MW3 nicer. Graphic and multiplayer, BF3 better.

v8.93 is a leaked alpha version of Catalyst 12.1. The biggest different is the Catalyst Control Center, now you can set which 3D setting to use on each game instead of one global setting. Performance is slightly better in my opinion, but i get few driver crashes when playing video with Splash Player.

Try re-run the installer, do custom install and only tick Catalyst Control Center.


I tried this at Seng Heng before... good bass and very comfy.

What is the temperature?

I'm not sure. I've yet to buy a HDMI cable to connect to my TV.

Maybe someone else have experienced in this thing.


Use OpenHardwareMonitor.

This is an addition to DriverSweeper to remove Intel HD Graphic files.

1. Download filter.zip in attachment below and extract the content into DriverSweeper main folder.(C:\Program Files (x86)\Phyxion.net\Driver Sweeper)
2. Now you will have the option to remove Intel HD Graphic.

Also, by default DriverSweeper will backup everything u have cleaned. If u kept installing and removing driver like me, u might end up with a near 9GB backup files.

Pick 1 or 2 most recent entries and delete others.

Graphic setting maxed out in Revelation. Playable but will drop below 30 at some places. Better than Brotherhood in my opinion.

Nah.. i'm good with Splash Player. Rewatching 10 seasons of Friends never been much smoother.

Because v8.93 is not DNA release. It is a legit driver from AMD and got leaked into the interweb.


Splash is better most of the times but you can't play RMVB & FLV. Maybe few other format that i don't have.
Mine opened as fast as Chrome... probably window already cached it.

Oh, too bad. I can see the difference in framerate smoothness with Hardware Acceleration + Motion² + iMotion² enabled.
Something i don't see in MPC-HC/PotPlayer/WMP/VLC(Linux).


Sorry never happen to me before as i seldom put my laptop to sleep.

^ i don't think anyone has able to put a backlit keyboard for this model.

I think it has similar spec and the best screen in HP laptop range.

I don't think they sell it without windows.. unless u can kow tim with the seller.


Apparently the price for Envy 15 at the States will be $1,100. Its cheap if you direct convert but i think when it reach here the price will jack up to RM5k or RM6k.


I think you gonna need 3 discs. Correct me if i'm wrong since i didn't make my recovery disc.

I rarely fast forward my video but the slider did show the mins and secs when u hover on it.


8.93 (nov18). My BF3 experience was flawless since 11.8.3 and i stopped playing any other game since i got Skyrim installed.
Except Dota and rFactor which is mandatory.

Download this in 1080P and play it side by side. You will notice the difference.
