Recently, I am thinking about getting milk for my breakfast. But before that, there are so many things I want to know about milk.
Compare to Milo, what kind of benefits that milk can give to me? I am not really sure about the benefits of the Milo as I only drinking it because I was drinking it since I am young. In fact, is drinking Milo even healthy at the first place?
I hope there is someone in this section can help me with this matter.

QUOTE(slimey @ Oct 8 2011, 10:26 PM) many never read the labels eh........ anyway.......mix them and you got chocolate milk which is good for you.......i don't know.....what's your aim/purpose of your diet anyway? Getting both at the same time is expensive. It would cost me around RM40++

Well, when I say Milk, I mean the powdered milk..not the fresh milk that used for cereal.

QUOTE(-Dan @ Oct 10 2011, 09:49 PM) Milo is more or less full of simple sugar. With milk, you have a good source of protein, calcium and other vitamins and minerals. I think that pretty much speaks for itself, no? So, if I aiming to strengthen my bones, I guess milk is the best option...Does this apply to the powder milks?
