i'm not sure whether wat the attending i/o told you is rite or not, but my statement was taken in Nusa Bestari Police Station, maybe you can try to report to there, if it is nearer... 

Hi, I created an account here just because I'm facing what you all are facing. I tried to click on the 'report non-selling auction' button on Lelong but the message that came out is "Sorry, you are unable to complete the report for non-selling auction, due to the following: You cannot report non-selling auction for item closed after 60 days". I can say it's my fault because I was too kind to allow the seller's 14 days guarantee to drag to 60 days, just because my previous items from him arrived in time. After reading the thread, it is a con to give so many excuses until it reaches 60 days which Lelong is 'unable to complete the report'. And only today I saw this forum thread and would like to contribute my losses.
