This seller cheated me of my blackberry 9520 which i sent to him for warranty purpose, full box on top of that. Last time i got claim warranty from him, it went fine, but eversince he claimed that his shop got 'robbed', that was 2 weeks after i sent him the phone. Since then he was not answering my calls or messages, eventhough i was polite to him. What should i do, should i proceed with the police report using the format above, except just indicate that he cheated me of my phone i sent for waranty? Please advice. Thanks.

same case for me too...and i forgot my 4gb memory card in the phone too
