I believe the conman can pay us more than what he mentioned on forum.He just a great cheater and story teller. I will not believe what the cheater try to tell. This is their tactic. Just like how he lie you on Lelong before, tell you so many stories, have to wait 1 month for stock arrive,then said Posman steal the items, then said his office break In thief , so on......................

Pay you part refund doesn't mean he don't have money !!! This could be another tactic of the conman to stop the victims to take father action !!! If u want 100 % refund, the best way is lodge report ASAP (today) and let the police involve.

Who know he still got a lot of CASH $$$ on hand, cheat our money and living luxury.

I also suspect the con man is fight for time to run away and make him self disappear.He need to sell everything that he own and get as much money as he could.That's why he need time by start paying little money to victims and stop them to take futher action !

Tan Kean Sheng cheated on 2007. Not related to my case ! I think I only can report Tan Kean Beng. But will attached Tan Kean Sheng detail because he is suspect bro and may help the police to investigate.

PROCEDURE OF LODGING A POLICE REPORT OVER INTERNET CRIME

If you happens to use internet for trading, and have been conned, the steps below are some guideline for you to use on how to lodge a police report.



1. Please prepare all the materials as below if applicable:-



a. SMS (print it out if possible, enclosed date, time as well for each sms, including reply made)

b. Email (print it out)

c. Inbox PM involved (print it out)

d. Advertising page where the item is sold (print it out) and links

e. Details used/given by seller (Name, bank account, address, phone number)

f. Transaction statement (banking slip or screenshot) *print it out





2. Prepare a short chronology of what happens. From enquiring to payment. Translate it to Bahasa Malaysia if possible to easy up on translating during lodging report time. Please enclose all the url links involved.



3. Bring all the materials in (1) and (2) and head to your nearest police station (where you done the banking transaction). You might require to go to the district Head Quarters to facilitate investigation depending on the Investigation Officers.



4. Remember to follow up your case with the Investigation Officer involved.Depending how fast the police are doing their job (because there’s quite a number of procedure that they have to follow),you will be contacted by them once they arrest the suspect for investigation.



5. Once the investigation completed and they wants to charge the suspect, he could be jailed and fined upon conviction by the court.

Sorry if I'm pointing wrong.I think the better way to protect the buyers is to make the safetrade by default.That means the money will only release to seller after the items is really receive by buyers.But Lelong make safetrade as optional.This give con people a golden opportunity to cheat buyers.Many top online shopping site like alibaba,DHgate etc...they have some kind like safetrade to protect buyers and it is set as default,NOT OPTIONAL !!!!!
