Plaster ceiling should not more than 3500 included open the downlight hole.
If you find the kitchen supplier from lowyat here, i think the price can cheaper, maybe 20%!
They charge u too details, example hack the floor RM2.50/sf should included skirting, why need to charge remove skirting RM2/ft!
Remove parquet also RM2.50/sf, u can remove ur own 1 hour.
Transfer of tiles to site is free delivery by tiles shop, unless he want to charge u from lobby to your condo unit. cos the free delivery at condo lobby only.
