your quotation is very expensive..lolz..
is it from ID/maincon firm??

for plaster ceiling work, bcoz they provided you 9mm board, so must more expensive then those rm2.3/sqft (bcoz normally that is 6mm thk only)
your unit is condo, if yes then the plaster ceiling is still acceptable. normally landed house charge around rm3.0/sqft

L box have lighting or only plain? if it's lighting L box, then consider reasonable.

For the carpentry, the shoe cabinet cost rm370pfr is consider higher. but the wardrobe is sound ok, is it 8ft height??

I just got a quote for electic work too:
lighting point for downlight - RM40
lighting point for t5 - RM30
power point looping - RM45
aircon point - RM135
oven/electric hob point (15A, 4mm) - RM170
All the lighting/power point come with Schneider Vivace series switch. Is it reasonable??

you wiring price is quite reasonable.
I guess the wire is NOT CONCEALED right?
