Would also like u guys opinion on this 1st quotation i got. Key points:
1. Remove tiles @ RM2.50 per sq ft
2. Install tiles @ RM3.80 per sq ft
3. Painting whole condo - walls and ceilings (approximately 1,500 sq ft): RM3000 (excluding paint)
4. Plaster ceiling: RM5700 (approximately 1,500 sq ft) - need to get more details, i.e. include wiring, installation of downlights, etc

Have also attached the full quotation for reference.

Am surveying a few contractors and this is the first one i got!
