power point ... super expensive ... market around 50 and i got mine done around rm 30 with those indon guy work (he did together with some minor reno for me at that time)

ceiling hook.. i was charged around rm 18 onli
door bell ... done for free coz wiring is there...

found out your kitchen work ... quite expensive as well ...
btw.. advice for you ... opt this guy out.. go and look for other contractors instead
