Just to check, which ambank card is the best? I search Ringgitplus, it mentioned the TRUE Visa card got 3% cashback on online spending. But when I go to Ambank website, I can't c this feature in the card..

Submitted my application n all documents online on 14th, the auto reply email mentioned the application status will update by 3-4 working days. Until today no news.. Their standard reply email should have remove such statement.. So lousy

I submitted full document on 14 Jan, after close follow since last week, today, finally it get approved and receive the SMS, as mentioned in the SMS, the card will be sent to my delivery address within 1 week.

I wonder it is within 1 week they send out or I receive the card within 1 week. hmm.gif

Apply my TRUE VISA CREDIT online with full submission of doc on 14 Jan, received the card yesterday, 11 Feb, just to confirm, there is no registration required for the 388 cashback, am I right? All new to bank cardholder is auto eligible for the campaign who apply within the campaign period (Nov 15 to Mar 16) n spend RM1300 within 2 months from card approval date?

Do I need to call to CS to confirm I'm eligible for the campaign?

Yeah...Received my card on 11 and I've also fulfilled the spending for RM388 cashback the day before.. Now, waiting for the cashback... icon_rolleyes.gif

But, still wondering whether to apply sup card... Too many cards now, a bit worry in holding too many cards...

What about the ruling on transaction alert? I thought the ruling is for the maximum card to be hold for those who earned 36k or below?

I guess all bank default amount is RM500, not sure whether is it same for ambank. My ambank card also just for the campaign.. Doesn't plan to use further

Nope, if I can recall it is not shown under my CCRIS. My CCRIS report is in the office but I remember I didn't see anything for my mum's card.

Bcoz sup card is combine limit with principal. So, ur ccris only show the total credit limit that u have with the bank.

Yes, I having the same issue when I use for online transaction. The CS help me to register my HP number n I can use it after 2 hours
