The CS I spoke to says if we sign up under the New Acquisition Program (RM650) you don't get to enjoy the other promotions until after the 60 days of the approval date.
For me... I'll spend as though I can participate. My would-be total Spend would be only RM1,600.00

Today completed full spend of RM1600.85 using both Principal & Supplementary card.
Time to keep in drawer until RM1078 (in total rebates) gets credited, if I'm lucky enough.

The transaction's posting dates are way too slow ... Even Ambank own terminal needs 1-2 days to be posted. doh.gif doh.gif

It's Ambank slow like camel for sure... why would other banks gets posted on the same day i.e, Visa Signature @ AEON or AMEX transactions.

Since you said they perform settlement daily... Ambank swipe has the slowest posting, so it's Ambank's delay tactic. It has nothing to do with the EDC merchant bank, right ?
Swipe @ AEON Supermarket took 3 days to be posted.

For those with Supplementary Card with AMbank, payment to Principal card account WILL NOT AUTO-APPORTION to the Supplementary Card account.

You need to make separate payments :-)

Ambank is unable to change the SMS Transaction Alert limit to RM1.00 even after emailing BNM. They can only forward my suggestion that other banks (i.e. Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Maybank, CIMB, ...) is able to cater a change.

Either way usage on this card will be zero from now on...
