The sms sent by batch and some tx posted late and they allow up to 5 days, tHis sms just encourage to spend more.

normally, bank will not provide reason for rejection.. sometime they will tell is document no complete if thare is the case

This is not matter of local tx or not. It is tesco forget to do settlement with their pos terminal.
It can be happen especially for those pos terminal not frequent used and the supervisor or the accoutn did not check the balance daily.

it is no mentioned clearly whether the winner will be annouced after the whole compaign finish or not.
T&C mentioned that the winner will receive the prise within 8 to 10 weeks upon winner notification fo bank.

Winners Notification

shall be made to a P.O Box address or any address outside Malaysia. The Eligible Cardmember
is deemed to have received the gift based on the proof of delivery at the Eligible Cardmember’s
mailing address.

Also, as i know both WMC and VI credit card have almost similar privilege and benefit.
