Just filed my official complaint to BNM regarding the missing RM 150 cash back for Raya promo, for my principal card.

I have CC-ed AmBank's CS in the email as well.

Hopefully BNM can give them some pressure.

I'm impressed, a BNM officer has replied to my email and required more information from me.

I have already replied with all the necessary.

Carz card was approved on 15/01, but the card has not arrived yet. How long does it take for card delivery to home address?

They said although I have spent the amount RM800, but by the time i swipe, the quota already exceed 9000.

Regarding the RM388 Cash Rebate campaign. I have a couple of questions.
1. Does the spending of the supplementary card count into the principal card spending? e.g. p.card spent RM700 + s.card spent RM700 = RM1400 which qualifies for the RM388 cash rebate.
2. Is there any cash rebate for the supplementary card?

Seem like so troublesome to apply Credit card from Ambank...

- Fax to 03-2162 3067 on morning as get this number from website,
called to CS and check, no received and fax another number 

- Fax another number 03-2171 3171 (general line),
called again after 20 min fax, no received,
asked me email instead (now only know can email)   

- Email all docs to "customer.service@ambankgroup.com" given by CS.
Received notification saying that use another email instead     

- Email again to the new address and called, advised to wait and call in after few days for confirmation   

You can apply the supp together right? I applied mine together.
I got a good officer from branch who helped me to push for it, I got it without any verification call.
That also took 3 weeks...
