I swiped several times last weekend and didnt get any sms. Then just realised i didnt set any trigger amount.

Interestingly, all my overseas transaction received sms despite no trigger amount.

I will pursue for sms alert if I plan to use the card often. My plan is not to just reach enough points to redeem.

Once I received the email, I am able to view and open the PDF. Only issue was it was automatically filtered due to my gmail setting, so I have to save the email in address book. Try informing CS through the AmOnline.

Those who didn't call CS to verify will get the CB as long as it conforms with the T&C.

I am still waiting for mine. According to T&C, it is a certain period after the end of the campaign. Can't recall the exact period. So it is not dependent on transaction date, as opposed to the supp campaign.

The cash rebate will be credited into the qualified Principal Cardmember’s credit card within six (6) to
eight (8) weeks after the two (2) months’ spending period.
