I bought a Lipo 6 Black UC from online store a few days ago, it arrives yesterday evening and i haven't open it yet. Early this morning, i opened it and feel shocked about the condition of the pills. There's a huge cotton inside it that has been contaminated with dark liquid. The liquid, i suspect came from the pills. Almost half of the pills are sticking to each other and not in perfect cylinder shape. I think all got the cotton hairline stuck with it too. And some got squashes pretty bad. And also, i think the air-tight seal has been open though i cant confirm on that. But i do know that when i open the cap of the bottle, the air tight seal comes off with it.

I dont know how to looks of this pills should be since this is the first time i bought and plan to use the pills. I hope someone here can point me if its normal or isnt, the condition of the pills i mean. I dare not to consume those pills due to its condition. Here are some pictures that i took.

The capsule should be dry. Defect.

Mail the online store with the pictures and ask for compensation, that is definitely not how any pills should look like even if I've never taken lipo6

i believe the caps are sensitive to heat. Did you leave the bottle in the car during the day or anywhere hot?

I did since this morning after i found out, but so far, they haven't replied yet.

No I didnt, the item was courier to me yesterday using Gdex. It was in the office with aircond and all. Just that the caps got some open marks which i suspect has been open before.

the pills melted due to heat .. i had the same problem as well when i bought from musclemaniaclub but i wonder if they will giev us back a new one !

So did you get a new one or case closed just like that?

edit: I talked to the shop person and he says its been reported that Nutrex has lots of bad batch. So i think im just unlucky to get one. He did however offered me a replacement.

i kept my lipo 6 in car for few days no defect
but i forgot to cap it properly for a day it became like urs

That's definitely not how any pills should look like. And it's definitely not your fault since it was only in your possession for one night. Hopefully you get it replaced by the seller.
