Anyone know where to get replacement silicon wiper blade for Civic 2.0 2006.

I wish to use back the Honda original wiper frame and just only replace the refill from rubber type to silicon type.

Hi sorry I have a question to ask:

Anyone knows why was a Civic Hybrid discontinued? I'm interested in a Honda hybrid car and have way to find a new Civic Hybrid. I think Civic Hybrid is better because it is more spacious in my opinion, but think there is a certain reason Civic is discontinued. Anyone knows why it has phased out and made way for Insights? Purely price concern or technology involved?

It is only not being sold in Malaysia because of tax, low sales and unker mentality.

Unker mentality later will compare RM129k Civic Hybrid vs RM99 Insight.
Of course they will buy Insight is cheaper, abit more space nevermind, plus smaller car and same engine of course Insight more powerful....so its smart they discontinue in malaysia.

Just want to share this with everyone here....

After leaving your car under our hot sun.
Open the windows & door, turn ON the AC for a couple of minutes to allow the hot air to escape before entering. This allows the BENZINE toxin (which can affect your kidneys & liver) to escape.

Ok thanks.

I went to a PIAA retailer in Kelana Jaya and they said no refill and cannot fit for 1st generation FD2, 26"/23"

Then went to another in Ara Damansara, they tried to fit PIAA refill but seems the silicon wiper refill is too wide to fit in.

Duraedge no refills also.

It seems that the wiper arm for the 1st generation is different from the 2nd generation. And the wiper holder lock head is is not the same.

So in the end refitted back the original rubber blade.

Called to SWY, do not have refill and said have to change the whole frame apparently.

Despite having to use back Honda OEM rubber refills, I'll keep on searching......
