cannot be built on top of the indah water sewerage pipe, this is a new development from a palm oil land is it? cannot be there is existing sewerage pipe underneath. if got, during piling work it has already break the sewerage pile long time ago. I believe mahsing has not built the STP as the capacity requested by indah water. no worry in malaysia anything can "gao dim".
