I think the mahsing SA told me b4 that the club house will be share by around 1000 units in MR 1... anyone can pls clarify this???

I think for anggun 3... it will be option 1 cause the club house facility almost the same like MR...

But if phase 1 & phase 4 share a guard house... then there will be really jam early in the morning for those go for work & send children to school. I think mahsing shd build the guard house seperately n I dont think the guard house will cost much to them... just m2c
