so the house come with bare unit? any rebate on downpayment? 600k plus for 22x80....

And for M2,

is strata title since GnG???

I thought M1 is under strata title with club house... im wrong maybe...

whats the fastest route to reach the site from Kepong?

I only know to use Jalan Kuching all the way up to Rawang town...

I saw the advertisement regarding last weekend CNY open house promotion like RM1000 for downpayment...... Now their website remove the ads and change to shoplot ads already...

not sure the price, but i called to office yesterday, SA mentioned is 5% rebate and price around 590K....

But today i saw someone posted 2% downpayment only.......

visited the site today... Rebate is 8% on downpayment, means pay 2% downpayment only.. However they increase the price to 628K already...previously was around 590K

end lot and corner lot is different i think...
End lot have extra land but corner lot have extra land plus extra balcony.. ( for phase 3)

But for me end lot is not so useful unless u plan to do smtg for extra land.. koi pond, bbq area etc....
Unless corner lot... You may do more things....

Chris kor, what you think about this? visited the location... bit ulu and the road condition not so good once exit from rawang tol... Only things is AEON been built near anggun city...

This is very affordable G&G.. But location of coz not so promising at this moment... Give and take...

I yet to visit the M2 site but visited M1 site before.. Almlst book phase 3 628k because 8%rebate and 1k booking..
End up not buy because location wise still unacceptable for me...

But then if latar link open, then will reach M2 site first and thats the advantage...

So.. Now only left 20k rebate for 458k??
If u can enter first few hand for MS project.. Is good...
