Maybe beuacse of the XL size furnitures...or depend the interior design loh..
Compare with Botania...Botania design much more better than M-residence.

No need curi curi..u may go there anytime u want...I said hi with the construction workers there when i going in....
I suggest you go there around 6pm...when they about to stop work.
Anyway all this at your own risk lah....600k house is better have a look before buy....not cheap ler....

My friend bought Botania corner lot 650K --> 10% discount on down payment
mean zero down payment and the price is much more cheaper than M residence(plus big land)
I thinking to purchase Botania however too late, sold out aledi.

The design really not attractive. Previously i also plan to buy M-residence however after i visit the unit i drop my plan and go for Botania. However Botania also sold out liao...

Yeah, the material seem not so "Class".
The wall at the staircase make the whole living hall become smaller.

Don't be so disappoint, the show unit still not completed. Maybe when you visit the completed show unit, all will be totally different.

Q4: Route 1: Enter at Rawang Toll and exit at Sg. Buloh Toll (RM 2). Use MRR2 to get to Setapak. Route 2: Enter at Rawang Toll and exit at Jln Duta (RM 3.6), then use DUKE and Exit at Wangsa Maju - Jelatek Interchange (RM 2). Route 2 is faster cos i use this route to Jln Ampang @ GE Mall. 40 mins with normal speed in the morning and 1 hour with normal speed during morning Peak-hour.


Added on August 8, 2012, 12:17 pmin my opinion, i would say, wait for the show unit completed first before judging. sometimes it's difficult to judge from picture. remember, look with your own eyes and maybe that is ur liking. picture are subjective.

every ppl has different expectation and designing taste. no doubt i kinda dislike the red paint, but that's the least worry thing. we have to wait until the whole show unit is up first only we can judge.

personally, i dislike Guocoland design for previous type such as ivory, cassis, amberley. but it might look good for other ppl. now, i'm talking about real show house and not model. Botania looks good due to the design but i dislike the location. so, do not judge before the end product. smile.gif

It located behind the country home....look at the location...Saujana Rawang is nearer than M residence to Jusco, Rawang.
