wow... I didn't know there are 9 phases for M1. Can I know where is canal garden and the propose school? Which developer is building canal garden? and where is the propose school? U hv a map or sumthing?

No. MR1 is a lot bigger than MR2. MR1 is 225 acres while MR2 is only 154 acres.

Currently, MR1 only shown the master plan until all the current phases 1-4 + A\M Avenue, and it was yet to include 3 more residential phases + 1 commercial development next to Phase 1 or near Jln Batu Arang. At the South of MR1, based on the master plan.  the canal garden used at least 10 acres of the land which separated Phase 2 and Phase 3 to the proposed school and another future residential development. Meanwhile, I think Mah Sing would launch the cluster homes and semi-d first, where it is directly located near clubhouse, next to landscaping plus the nature lake.

MR2 looks high dense due to each phase comprises more units than each phase of the MR1.

for mr2, was informed by the sa that the 20x65 link homes (phase b) will be launched on 1st sept. launching dates for clusters n semi-d's r not confirmed yet...

OMG, it could be different if they going to launch the Phase 2 of the 20 x 65, Type B1 and B2, bcz it is another 400+ units of 20 x 65 just like Alpine.

I wonder how come they launch the Phase 2 since there are one or two rows of Phase 1 is yet to open for sale.

the remaining Phase 1 r all reserved as bumi lots... so, no more products to sell to non bumi... bumi reserves is at 90+ units, but to date they oni manage to sell 18. if u r bumi, can still buy phase 1 lor...

but phase b n phase c r different product types altogether.... they might wanna launch even before phase b is sold out...

yes, u r right... they hv separate clubhouses for m1 & m2. not sure bout m3 cos the plan is not out yet...

haha.... hotsale only if it's below 500k. Above that price or top up a bit , might be able to get better location for the same type of property in the subsale market... anyway, don't know if our pm will announce anything that will dampen the property market or not
