Anybody know whether Mahsing has got the development licence for MR2. Coz thy need to convert the agriculture land to property development. rite?

I have no idea of the total units for Phase 1-4 but I only know the phase of Corus 68 have total 68 units semi-d.

Btw, for MR1, the clubhouse is sharing basis for all the MR1 owners.

there are 5 more phases are yet to come, where 3 phases next to Phase 1 and Phase 4, 1 phase of commercial shops next to M Avenue and another phase at far after canal garden, opposite the propose school.

The townhouses are yet to come, so we unsure the actual density for whole MR1 just yet.

No. MR1 is a lot bigger than MR2. MR1 is 225 acres while MR2 is only 154 acres.

Currently, MR1 only shown the master plan until all the current phases 1-4 + A\M Avenue, and it was yet to include 3 more residential phases + 1 commercial development next to Phase 1 or near Jln Batu Arang. At the South of MR1, based on the master plan.  the canal garden used at least 10 acres of the land which separated Phase 2 and Phase 3 to the proposed school and another future residential development. Also, there is one more shopplex directly next to clubhouse and main entrance.

For MR2, the 154 acres land is very simply. Only 4 phases of residential + 1 phase of apartment ( yet to confirm ) + 1 rows of shop-offices next to the MR2 main entrance. After Alpine, would be next come another phase of 20 x 65, estimated 400+ units, but it's nearer to the proposed school and land allocated for apartments. Meanwhile, I think Mah Sing would launch the cluster homes and semi-d first, where it is directly located near clubhouse, next to landscaping plus the nature lake.

MR2 looks high dense due to each phase comprises more units than each phase of the MR1.

OMG, it could be different if they going to launch the Phase 2 of the 20 x 65, Type B1 and B2, bcz it is another 400+ units of 20 x 65 just like Alpine.

I wonder how come they launch the Phase 2 since there are one or two rows of Phase 1 is yet to open for sale.

U sure Club house and pool are share within M1 , M2 , M3 and etc? I thought they got different club house? Bear in mind, there are different location for M1, M2 , M3, and etc.
I think the current Club House and pool are just share within M1 (Phase 1- Phase 4) only.

for 300 units to maintain a club house, either,
1. you need to pay very high club house fee
2. club house with minimal facility

total how many units for sale at MR2? and up to date, still left how many units unsold?

I have read around. There is no Unifi in the whole rawang, even in the Anggun area and rawang town. And there wont be any coming soon.
