Hi, im a newbie here as i just registered once i booked Zara (zero lot bungalow), Saujana Rawang last couple week. before i proceed for loan, i decided to have a look on MR & instantly love Chorus. now im in dilemma, can anyone share some opinion about this? i really hope that i can get some idea from u guyz especially Chorus buyer

Hi Chris Chew, i got 856k after bumi (my unit fronting lakeside).

in term of "title" : yup zero lot bungalow sound a bit exclusive rather than semi-D

in term of design n size : Chorus (3248sqft) WIN with no doubt coz Zara (3012 sqft). even Zara offer 20feet land on the side area, still overall design is not good enough especially when they have 'unjustified area' in the house.

Yup, they have showhouse (the actual unit from Zara phase 1) mine from phase 2..there is +-70k diff from phase 1 & both phase will be ready around end of this year..
