The price is based on RM558, 800.00, intermediate unit from 22’x80’
1) 1 year maintenance fee – RM 1,440.00
2) SPA legal Fee - RM 4,361.40
3) Loan Agreement - RM4,000.00
4) MOT - RM 11,264.00
5) 7% rebate - RM39,116.00

Total saving – RM73, 141.40

Mah Sing Not allowed direct change ownership . You have to cancel your unit with charged RM 1000. They will Refund the balance of the deposit.

Phase 1 Voucher is now extended till 13 April 2012 Friday. No further extension anymore.

Phase 2 Voucher entitlement only until 15 April 2012 Sunday.

FOR SPA SIGNING AND BALANCE.

Phase 3 Superlink 's Rebate will be lesser and without MOT packages compare with Phase 2 Superlink.

Consider the Phase 2 Superlink if you interested on this project.
