overpriced at the location.. visited last week.... Duranta, areca (located at sungai buloh) price less rm over 100K for the house (almost same size 22x 75'). If for investment, need at least wait for after 5 years (agreed comment from previous forumers). Will visit sungai buloh development again. Hope this help and do share for any new updates.

what you all meant? let's say if you booked the house and paid the booking fees (5k) then signed the offer letter by bank,
what is the next step? Wait for the lawyer call? wait for the MS call? does the booking period will expired? I am asking this on behalf of my fren. He is damn emo due to these issue and the services. Everything unclear.
