Maybe the promotion ended. Because you refer back the older post. As long as after downpayment settled or sign snp, entitled to get the s3. How much you bought? Rm628k with 8 % discount? If so, package different maybe.

My fren bought at 598k++ as he told me. He is currently outstation. But will let u know if my fren replied me. The price hike rm10k plus plus and that is the reason I am thinking getting it or m residence 2 now. I believe my fren telling me the truth as from previous post, ppl also got discussed before. But my fren very angry as still waiting and s4 out in march also. Not the matter money but the matter if honesty and feeling. Not shiok ady cos old model and lost fate to mah sing and he said next time won't recommend frens to buy if this matter not settle well. I also lost appetite to buy as not shiok and might checking with other projects or m residence 2.

Overprice. Better not accept. Initial price I think only rm379k. Then later on rm420k plus plus. Phase 1 location nearer to the shoplots. Not so quiet also. With that price, u better buy phase 2/3 or m residence 2 la. Too expensive.

yup, very fast intake, because I also received the the message about the launch.. hope to have banks like ocbc, maybank and etc for conveniences =)

That area still limited with the decent shop lots and so many residential area at there.. Yup, the price still very important as well.. Too bad I cant buy =(.
