the design is phase 3 design? Phase 4 is semi d le. Freehold unit. Anyone can share the units available?

Hey, anyone phase 3 owner? Found out that the construction stage quite fast by referring to the withdrawal of funds of developer from mah sing. Anyone got the information to share ?

I think they wanna settle M residence 1 fast so that they can attract more ppl for M residence 3. M residence 2 seems good intake as well although leasehold and smaller sizes..
Wonder M residence 3 design will be what.. |
