Received the keys...I'm the second owner collected for phase 3..first owner should be jln 1/26 no 105..
overall is ok. ..yet to check the defects guard house n playground not yet ready my car porch is very dusty due to it's facing construction site |

submitted defects form yesterday..
spoken to the staff, was told mah sing decided not to build the shoplex...they plan to build shop lot or LOW COST APARTMENT...waiting for govt approval i hope the low cost apt does not make it |
