facing PE, long term better not.. we dun know about the side effect. or else also wont different price. Wanna sell bacl also difficult. How about the rebate? The intermediate unit facing houses how much?

So fat as I know the early bird for the phase 1 and 2 entitle of 7% discounts and some reward to them like jusco voucher. Do let us know the current price for the phase 2 and 3 and rebate ad rewards which will directly reflect our interest

M residence 1 is freehold. I guess m residence is a freehold as well. but much smaller than m residence 1. The price and rebate aso yet to know

is it marked up higher price to ease the sales for the m residence 1 phase 2 and 3? I smell fishy here.. Rawang still got lots of places cheaper than the stated price. cheers

Starting rm 400k for the double storey in bandar saujana putra new development. New mahsa college will be build there also. Many development there. Sg buloh also around that price

But i personally think that if MS able to built M residence 1 with quality, for their future developments sure gain a lot of name.. Just like the Anggun 2 history.. I chat with several elders. They kept mentioned about it as their frens bought properties at Anggun 2..
