No plan to move if the road still not OK.
If Mah Sing delay, I can claim penalty from them better than i pay monthly to bank until road OK.

Received another LOVE letter today, to-date 65% withdrawn for Phase 1...my estimation will be after CNY which is early Feb/Mar2014...

Luckily I choose to buy and wait for Anggun 3. The location is better, cheaper, the developer is more responsible although not as big as Mah Sing.

FYI, those road widening and flyover is under JKR aka Federal Gov instead of Selangor State Gov.
I think we should highlight this to MahSing and hope they can escalate this issue to the related parties...

I used to travel to Rawang almost everyday. The T Junction mentioned by you is quite smooth. Frankly speaking, that area is not so BUSY at the current state. But I think the road widening from exit toll part to MR is definitely necessary, else the future resident might have headache if maintaining the existing 1 ~ 2 lane.

Im thinking of get M1 phrase 4 DSL or semi D.....ermmmmm

Anggun 3 is better.not to mention the location is better,  The club house and pools and etc are exclusive to anggun3 owners only. Totally about 300+ units. However the club house, pool for Mah Sing is shared among all residence in M1,m2... M5?? Which has more than 1500 units. U wonder how are they going to control.??
