anyone pay for the MOT for phase 3? One of my friend asked, is it possible to sell it without paying MOT? (The buyer will pay the MOT) instead of my friend pay, and the future buyer pay again the MOT? My fren will be moving to oversea and most probably will sell his lot (phase 3). Please assist.

I pay RM 5000 for downpayment, and I should pay RM 25000 during SPA, got RM30000 rebate. The price after rebate is RM 648k.  whistling.gif

my fren collected the keys (Phase 2) but he is very disappointed as the keys collected w/o pouch (just like rm100k flat keys). Without power supply yet.. Anyone facing same issue?

FYI, the main incoming power supply (TNB) metering fuse is removed & keep inside the house...
You can connect it anytime and the meter will start running if there is any usage...

yeah.. depends on individual preference. But I think facing playground or field will be better and "extra" parking compared to those normal lot.. =). Windy also.. Cos some ppl might but a "ba gua/mirror" blah blah blah as well. Haha.....
