MR2, so fast got ppl sell 1year+ before VP? So kan jiong let go with condition S&P, lol?

Anyway, I believe ppl go for MR1 subsale for even at RM 530k, mainly due to already completed and existing house for immediate occupancy or moved in. While MR2 Alpine not existed yet and still need to wait.

IMHO, upon completion, I believe MR2 20x65 would fetch higher price compare to MR1's 18x70 and if not LH vs FH, the price could be even much bigger gap.

Sorry boss, I don't think can value such high before there are transacted units on the market and on values' book.

Oh, 22x80 already VPed? How much all these sold by TMS 2 years ago ah? Lol, I forgot dy.

I thought only Phase 1, 18x75 was VPed.

Must be either CIMB or Maybank's small valuer firms. Let me check with my friends after my holiday bcx last month, they told me unable to give value.

Hahaha. EM is really excellent new township and huge enough to play around with most components. Kenot remember too many townships with too details leh. I only remember my MR2 Alpine so MR1 I a bit confuse of the 22x80 due to few phases.
