I booked my unit (leftover of first phase) and signed s&p only last month.. can get penalty as well or not? Hehe (sure cannot one)

ya, in fact already delay 1month+ already. My SnP dated 20th March 2012

i called up the office today and the said they are only targeting to get the keys for Phase 1 2nd week of May. Apparently having some issues getting approval for some government documents. For every month delayed.. does anyone know how much they would compensate us?

it's 10% of your SnP price, divided by 365 days, multiply with the number of days delayed.

The quality of the house seem not bad! How u can enter to snap the photos? my fren was unable to go in as the guards on duty not allow him to go in! 

Just went to site visit yesterday, here's some comment on the visit:-

1) Guard house for phase 1 is not built yet, but after talking to the salesperson, there will be a guard house shared by phase 1 n 4, while there will be another guard house for semi-d

2) I got into my own unit (somehow) and realize part of the master room toilet is not tiled yet. But other than that, the house are finished with quite good workmanship.

3) I saw some of the TNB exchange box are exposing some huge cables, I think they are not connected yet, and i saw a few workers are connecting the cables to the lamp post pillar.

4) Road are paved nicely and everything seems to be ready.

I think we still have to wait for a month or 2 before it can VP.

Very disappointed with Mahsing. All services should be underground. But the tnb cable??? Make the whole development look cheap. I rather every unit paid few more thousand to make the tnb cable underground. Sheih

Yes, i not going sign this letter. They can follow s&p for the name on cheque....s&p is my name, why need do this double job.....cannot see the logic behind...

the buyers should hv a joint name account already when they applied the loan. just bank in to the same bank. thats it.

MS try to bulshit us....now they demolish back the guard house, make smaller as original!!! Very disappointed!!!

What are the misc charges u all mentioned about? Roughly how much?

last Friday when i called, they say this Week LAD Payment will be out. But no black n white when i send email to them for response. i will call them again shortly.

i'd checked my Bank. All money released on Monday. Now i'm waiting for LAD. Purposely dun wan to pay the Misc Charges yet.
