If Maybank, do read through it reconsider, many having bad exp. From the feedback, rhb giving average more 0.05% rate than others bank. About semi or full flexi, I personally fetch as the "da gong lao/po" go for semi is ok already. Extra rm10 per month no need to be wasted and easier to "control" your desire to latest gadgets or cars.

Ocbc my fren took. Fast approval and loan also -2.4 BLR. 80 units in just two days very good ady. Cos not much ppl know about it and most of them once go view the house, will booked on the spot. My fren went just now. The show house really worth to take a look. Rm400k in kl buy what? Soho? Studio? Lol. Few more days the price will w 420-430k then rm450k onwards and finally hit rm500k. Congrats to the buyers. Last time I went to view the show house will my fren who bought phase 3 to study the design, I found out that on the way to m residence show house, got a saujana rawang bought (very big) displayed SOLD OUT. But kiri kanan and depan belakang (very near) all old industries, can't imagine. In term if location, I rather spend few more mins to avoid those industries.

Omg, u bought house without viewing show house? My fren got introduced by a good SA. Anyways, u made a wise choice as my fren viewed the show house just now. Now need start to check slowly the price for the accessories and etc. lol. The show house is next to the semi D. Got time take a look. I got the photos received just now. But not cleared ==

But mr1 or mr2 worth to buy? Cos freehold vs leasehold and location wise, which one do u all think better? Cos notice that density at mr2 higher, worried like serdang area.

About MR 1 , my fren bought a unit of phase 3 facing field which is not offered during the early bird price. Is it a good bet? She told me that if want but Fter early bird choose those special and unique one. Is anyone willing to buy a facing field unit with at least 40k more expensive? Hmm. . .

More details pls about EW, anyone? Y before GE the mr2 is launch? Strategy or ? Cos I might follow my fren for mr1 as more 150-200k but freehold property. Waiting Family support now. After 30 years rebuild new about worries (cos currently I am living in PJ area) so many old houses with freehold title can sell so expensive and after sold, new owner straight built new. Hope my decision is correct @@

My fren who bought the phase 3 , lawyer called and stated that the foundation had done. Now need withdrawal money from bank, anyone has the same updates? Who got the stamped copy of spa ady?
