i5 proc overheating

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « in the picture is the temp for my laptop while im surfing the internet... but when i play the games the temp goes to about 80'C++ so i changed the cpu power option from 100% > 75% then the temp when playing games become about 70'C++ am i in overheating problem?the games lag alot before i reduce the cpu power....now the games also lag but a little , i think the cpu maybe still overheat ?  |

80 degree near to auto shut down... is it a new laptop? any dusts stuck on it? if not better use a laptop cooler...
