i am doing my reno. archtect drawing is RM5k. I was told this is the cheapest already. DBKL is harder to get approval then MPBJ/MPSJ. (Obviously Pakatan states are less corrupt).
Apparently you need to put up a signboard too... all adds up to the cost..
reno is expensive...
