QUOTE(adrianjc @ Oct 11 2011, 06:57 AM) Architect and engineer drawings and submission fees should cost you about RM7,000. Wow!!! cost so high??? Amount of time for approval entirely depends on whether your renovation has followed guidelines. Even so, approval would take 2-3 months at earliest following guidelines. Saw one house in ttdi which only got it's approval after 1.5 years from submission. It really depends on how complicated your plans are going to be. Is a 22x75 double story house, planning on extension of kitchen only about 22x5ft without extension of 2nd floor, hope will not cost me much on that.. It depends on Type of house Which district The applying agent Range of construction No standard price lah. This post has been edited by leepaiwan: Nov 4 2011, 10:19 AM |
