May I know how much does it cost to apply the permit in KL?? how long to get the approval??

Amount of time for approval entirely depends on whether your renovation has followed guidelines. Even so, approval would take 2-3 months at earliest following guidelines. Saw one house in ttdi which only got it's approval after 1.5 years from submission. It really depends on how complicated your plans are going to be.

Is a 22x75 double story house, planning on extension of kitchen only about 22x5ft without extension of 2nd floor, hope will not cost me much on that.. sad.gif

May i know more details abt the process to apply the permit?? is contractor doing the architect drawing or i need to employ an architect to do it?
