for 'standard' extension like double storey, front extension, back extension, you can purchase the standard plan from your municipal.

for eg mine, i did backyard kitchen extension, costs me (MBSA) as below . i believe other municipals should be around the same price too

- total amount: rm 524 + Rm700 + rm1000 + Rm25 (with around rm1400 deposit returnable after you have completed your renovation) . Assumed, you have follow their guidelines, else some deposit will be forfeited
