Dude, after watching this BLOOD+, it remind me of the BLOOD OVA, itz samething similiar but then only the gal use normal katana (not normal actually but rather she choose a serious old katana).........

erm...i think it's definitely a sequel.....
blood: the last vampire is shown during vietnam war.... tat's late 60s to 70 blood+ is said to be dated 2005.... u do the logic urself... |

The anime series however, takes place after that. ("-__-) |
