usually i will check the engine bay and oil before i drive out the sc, change our not change the oil colour can tell lah, but the oil cannot tell us what brand are they.

but.. those lube is not bring by the customer itself. normally they SC got provide castrol Edge.. they get it 1.. there are some customer didint check the oil after change

hmmm... it must be from other branded car SC.....maybe BMW or Benz.....because if drive local car like us if not changing oil we can easyli feel the car performance difference, the engine very sesitive, good eningine for continetal car will not feel that lah. Yalah Mostly rich ppl drive BMW or Merc. will not check the engine oil...

after send in my car i go makan at cafeteria upstairs... then ngam ngam saw my car send in to maintenance area.
i purposely wait the mechanic change oil only leave, i saw they took out my lube and pour to engine la...
so other SC or other mechanic will cheat or not i cannot confirm...
at least my last service is confirm 100% my own lube.

yes, actually we should or SC should encorage the owner to witness the service job, thats why lot of ppl like to service the car outside normal workshop that they can sit there and waching the service works done.

at my hometown i service my car... i stand beside to it.. cause i really dont trust them. and got 1 time. i saw them pouring leftover oil to their own bottle.. but Kl de SC... not many will let the customer to walk in.

i still don't understand why they not allow customer to see their service job.

so that they can do slowly without customer observation. haha

COSE definitely won't cheat....but depends on the technicians, if cheat, mostly it's the technicians pocketing them. That is actually my main worry with SC that I cannot see servicing my car.

Even Honda SC happens but in my case, they forget to change air filter while it was charged to me. Since I can watch them service my car in that SC, I notice they missed the air filter but invoice indicated changed. So I tell them to check with technician, and technician say no change...

you do slowly then you earn less lah, because one day you can only serve for few car at the slow speed...haiz dunno how they think......

Told you FS max 7K....don't believe. Change at 5K means you change lube b4 addictives begin to drastically degrade...maintaining optimum protection. After 5K, its your call coz it might still protect, but might not.

Just like those food cans BEST BEFORE date. Best Before date means before that date, they can sort of garantee the freshness of food, after that, can still use but no more garantee coz it might spoil after that, if you eat, its your risk.

Just like those ppl making noodles, let you see, you can see their skills, cleanliness, good reputation. No let you see, they accidentally smash up cockcroach and mixed into noodles also you won't know unless you see a leg there or smells them....but then garlic covers up smells pretty strongly...
