QUOTE(arul94 @ Jul 29 2012, 03:07 PM) look at my attached pic bro last year and current Yeah I know, I just want to have a laugh on your typo. Hahaha. im skinny . i manage to hit 65kg maybe because of my height only manage to increase 4kg in 9months plus this fasting month all my diet are interrupted.. Joking aside. Within a 8 hours window, you can only eat two meals? I can go for 4 meals but I opted for 3 big meals or 2 big ass meals but usually 3 big meals. One during Iftar (maybe slightly less so that I can do terawih), during Moreh or around midnight and the last one would be during Sahur. |

QUOTE(arul94 @ Jul 29 2012, 03:30 PM) lol haha didn't notice it till u mention it , sharp eyes u got there Well, I don't see any protein intake in your meal so it is not a good diet except for the milk. If you have a problem to meet your calorie intake, try to eat calorie dense food such as peanuts or any kind of nuts. A pack of peanuts have a whooping 600kcal (the normal cap tangan peanuts).yeah i only manage to eat iftar (usually manage to eat up till 3 plates of rice ) + kuih , some bread + fruits and i will feel full until midnight . then i do some workout and from there i will felt tired and start finding some food ( usually bread / junk food ) . Sleep ---> sahur ( usually fried rice , bread + a cup of milk ) . that's it , is it a good diet for this month ? Unlike before ramadhan , i manage to eat up till 6 meals per day im afraid i will drop my weight this month.. |

QUOTE(Armesh @ Feb 10 2015, 01:27 AM) Your progress is horrible. Are you really training for 1.5 years? I was squatting 132lbs @ 56KG after 19 days of lifting. Current max bench is ~115lbs @56KG only after 30 days of lifting. Chill dude. I know that you have good progress but that doesn't mean that you get a free pass to talk to other forumers in a rather harsh way. |

QUOTE(Armesh @ Feb 10 2015, 10:47 AM) I'm just being upfront and telling/showing him what is normal progress. He should know what is normal. It's really bad if someone goes to gym for 1.5 years makes like 2 months progress, and when he ask the community no one points it out. It's better than saying "wow good job bro, nice progress, keep going!" and he does nothing to look into his bad training and keep spinning his wheels. At-least now he knows that something is wrong with his whole training. I'm not sure how spewing off your bench and squats numbers and how far you have accomplished in whatever number of days you've started training can be considered as legit criticism. It's like no one is allowed to give legit criticism in this forum. Maybe an ego check? And for sure this is not the first time you've been told about it right? But yeah, you can do what you want. |

I'm not sure how long you would like this issue to keep going on. Another 1 year and half? If not, you need to do something about it and yes, Armesh was right about your lifting progress. Start from scratch: 1. What's your goal? Whatever it is, you need to have a a proper diet with proper calorie intake to achieve your goal. 2. What's your training program? Different training program will gives you different results. Find out what's your No. 1 and we can find a suitable training program for you. 3. Consistency is key. 4. To achieve great progress, you need to put efforts in it. |
