im doing this atm, also yes or nay 0:
your opinion?

i can sqautz 200lbs atm, but my grip is still not strong enough for me to DL over 200lbs yet :C

Woah, that's similiar what i am doing now,except i do all the upper body on one day, and squats,dl on another. Am doing intermittent fasting (IF) too, on a 16 hours fasted,8 hours fed cycle.

IF does it for me because i train in the morning, and i am quite lazy to wake up 2 hours earlier just to eat, so i just train fasted. And by eating a super large meal for lunch, i feel full right up until dinner, so sometimes i would be eating only 2 meals per day.

lol i tried power cleans with normal weights , then the bar slipped, noisy like hell

If I tried to do Oly lifts in my gym, I'm afraid the bar might fall through the floor and kill someone in Domino's below the gym. laugh.gif

bro! how big are u now? =)
i got that problem too to DL over 200lbs due to grip. but ever tried 250lbs 1 rep and my grip let off. cry.gif

not big enough like yours
my squat is 190lbs, but my DL only able to go 160 and my grip starts to fail
