your opinion?
i can sqautz 200lbs atm, but my grip is still not strong enough for me to DL over 200lbs yet :C

I'm doing this, is anyone doing this?

Woah, that's similiar what i am doing now,except i do all the upper body on one day, and squats,dl on another. Am doing intermittent fasting (IF) too, on a 16 hours fasted,8 hours fed cycle.
IF does it for me because i train in the morning, and i am quite lazy to wake up 2 hours earlier just to eat, so i just train fasted. And by eating a super large meal for lunch, i feel full right up until dinner, so sometimes i would be eating only 2 meals per day. |
